Thank you, Jason Sheiban, for your time and effort to remedy an unfortunate situation that a previous jeweler left me in. Jason sat down with me for two hours when I first entered his store. He listened to my situation and concerns and took action to remedy the situation so that I walked away with the engagement ring of my dreams. Jason never tried to sell anything to us, he always just wanted us to find the perfect rings for us. He was so patient & helpful. Mr. Sheiban greeted us on multiple occasions as well and everyone was extremely nice & helpful. The facility is beautiful.
